Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag Green tea Unsweetened
  • 1 bag Chamomile tea Caffeine-free preferred
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Honey Optional, for slight sweetness
  • 1 cup Hot water Filtered or spring

Equipment

  • 1 Teapot or Kettle For steeping the teas
  • 1 Mug or Glass For serving

Method
 

  1. Boil water and pour 1 cup into a mug.
  2. Add green tea and chamomile tea bags. Let steep for 3–4 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags, add lemon juice and honey (if using).
  4. Stir well, let rest for 2 minutes, and serve warm.

  • This mocktail is designed to help manage cortisol levels naturally, making it ideal for stress relief and weight loss routines.
  • Best consumed in the evening or before bedtime to take advantage of chamomile’s calming effects.
