Method
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Remove from heat and add lemon balm leaves and grated ginger.
- Cover and let steep for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain into a pitcher or jar.
- Stir in fresh lemon juice.
- Sweeten with honey if desired.
- Pour over ice and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.
Notes
- Drink 1–2 cups daily for best results.
- Add green tea for extra fat-burning effect.
- Can be consumed warm before bed or iced during the day.
