Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Guava juice 100% pure no added sugar
  • 1 cup Coconut water Unsweetened
  • 1 tsp Ashwagandha powder Optional adaptogen for stress relief
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Honey or agave Optional, for light sweetness
  • ½ cup Ice cubes Optional
  • Mint leaves For garnish

Method
 

  1. In a large pitcher, combine guava juice and coconut water.
  2. Stir in lemon juice, ashwagandha powder (if using), and honey/agave.
  3. Add ice cubes and mix well.
