Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag Green tea Or 1 tsp loose leaf
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar With the mother
  • 1 tsp Honey (optional) For taste
  • 1 cup Water Boiled
  • 1 slice Lemon (optional) For garnish or flavor

Equipment

  • 1 Kettle or Saucepan To boil water
  • 1 Mug For serving the tea
  • 1 Teaspoon To measure vinegar and honey
  • 1 Stirring Spoon To mix all ingredients smoothly
  • 1 Knife (optional) If slicing lemon for garnish
  • 1 Cutting Board If using fresh lemon

Method
 

  1. Boil 1 cup of water.
  2. Steep the green tea bag in hot water for 3–5 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bag and stir in apple cider vinegar.
  4. Add honey and lemon if desired.
  5. Mix well and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can drink this tea in the morning for a gentle detox or between meals.
  • Use raw, unfiltered ACV with "the mother" for maximum health benefits.
