Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup protein waffle mix e.g. Kodiak Cakes
  • 4 Tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • pinch salt

Equipment

  • 1 Waffle iron Preheated and lightly greased
  • 1 Mixing Bowl For mixing ingredients
  • 1 Whisk To whisk batter smooth

Method
 

  1. Preheat and lightly grease the waffle iron.
  2. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
  3. Pour half the batter into the waffle iron and cook for 3–5 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Repeat with remaining batter.
