Ingredients
  

  • 8 large egg whites
  • 1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
  • 4 Tbsp oat flour or blended oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 Waffle maker Greased and hot

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour batter into a hot, greased waffle maker.
  3. Cook for 3–5 minutes or until done.
