Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup Mixed berries Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • As needed Ice cubes Add to desired thickness

Equipment

  • 1 Blender High-speed recommended
  • 1 Measuring cup For accurate liquid measurement
  • 1 Spoon For scooping chia seeds & protein powder

Method
 

  1. Add vanilla protein powder, mixed berries, almond milk, Greek yoghurt, and chia seeds into a blender.
  2. Add ice cubes to preference.
  3. Blend until creamy and smooth.
  4. Serve chilled and enjoy your Berry Blast Protein Smoothie!

Notes

  • You can swap almond milk for oat or soy milk.
  • For extra fibre, add 1 tbsp flaxseed meal.
  • Best consumed fresh, but can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
