1. Classic Banana Protein Shake
  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
  • 1 whole Ripe banana Medium
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk Or milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut butter Optional
  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt Plain
  • As needed Ice cubes Optional
