Ingredients
  

  • Cups Brown sugar Light or dark works fine
  • 1 Cup Unsalted butter Softened
  • 2 Large Eggs Room temperature
  • 3 Cups All-purpose flour
  • Cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips Use mini or regular size

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together brown sugar and butter until smooth.
  3. Beat in eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Gradually add flour, stirring until fully combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips with a spatula or spoon.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet, spacing evenly.
  7. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
